February Home Prices Set Record Pace.

The S&P CoreLogic Case-Shiller, 20-city price index increased by 20.2% year over year in February, up from 18.9% the previous month—and every month, it rose 2.4%. Meanwhile, the Case-Shiller national home price index increased by 19.8% between February 2021 and February, up from the previous month—a pace tied for the third highest in history but still below peak levels reached before the housing crash.
